This took 5 months to make since it was my first time making something with just measurements and wanted to be as accurate as possible. Most people think of Halloween as the day of costumes, but there are other occasions to wear a costume. Mardi Gras (also known as Carnival), costume parties, at theater events, parades and fairs. You can even wear costumes for a little naughty bedroom play!

With all these places to wear costumes, which are available and appropriate for each type? Here is a list costumes you may not have known are available for adults and kids alike. The cutest costumes have to be the baby styles!

Masks made from pale pastel plumage with shiny sequins are standard fare at Mardi gras, Carnival and masquerade parties. There’s an allure and style to them possessed by no other costume element.

Much is made of our desire to pretend and the imagination’s ability to do so. Few activities give us the opportunity as readily as does the costume party. Frills and flourishes that have no other place are found in abundance at parades of show costume-clad dancers wearing yards of sequined fishnet and feathered elegance.

Most young kids are suddenly gripped by fear upon seeing clowns, so for a kiddie birthday party, make sure you choose a friendly clown costume matched with a gentle and amiable voice. You may opt for a red or blue wig and a hat with floral accent, a multicolored jacket and plaid pants, vest, and bow tie. An alternative may be a red jumpsuit with polka dots with yellow wig. You’ll surely charm your kids when you perform tricks and gags dressed in one of the most delightful clown costumes suited for a birthday event. If you want to be a simple clown, a simple shirt and pair of baggy pants with suspenders and a friendly clown mask may suffice. Accessorize with. Super Mario LAN Parties
While kids and teens used to go out to video arcades, the intro of game consoles kind of changed that. Nowadays, LAN parties are the craze where video gamers get together to play their favorite video games. Halloween is a great excuse to have a party…of any kind!

If you are thinking about throwing a birthday party (or a summer party, back to school party, etc.) for your child or teen that is into the Super Mario games, a land party would be exceptional. In LAN parties, usually the kids play games all night!

As is traditional in the season, specifically on Fat Tuesday, festival participants enjoy a variety of delicious, guilty foods and drinks. The most popular of these is the King cake. Contemporary king cakes are coffee cakes frosted with sugar icing and then dusted with green, purple, and yellow sugar. King cakes feature a tiny trinket inside, usually a baby symbolic of Baby Jesus, and the person who gets the prize has certain obligations for the next year, such as purchasing the next King cake. King cakes, moon pies, and other carnival foods make Mobile’s Mardi Gras a delicious party.

Creating a Frightening Halloween Clown Costume

Striped hair, striped clothes, polka dots, rubber noses, and those annoying flowers that spray water; clowns are obnoxious. They’re meant to be humorous and put a smile on the faces of children everywhere, but most children are simply creeped out by their massive feet, insincere smiles, and freakish eyes. Horror movies and novels have taken advantage of this all too natural and understandable fear. From Steven King’s taunting, teasing clown to the killers from outer space, clowns are often turned into things of nightmares. You can now take advantage of this trend to create Halloween outfits that will have the children in your neighborhood running for their mother’s skirts.

The great thing about Halloween outfits is that the only limit is your imagination. While it’s true that most circuses don’t feature clowns with deadly, pointed teeth; adding a set of dagger-like teeth will turn innocent clown costumes into terrifying mens Halloween costumes.
Take inspiration from scary clowns in the movies for creating fancy dress Halloween outfits that are suitable for any party. One thing that makes Pennywise of Steven King fame so terrifying is the glowing, yellow eyes. Claws for hands didn’t do much for his cuddly-factor, either. When shopping for your halloween accessories, be sure to check out the artificial hands. Monster hands or zombie hands could also be just the ticket to transfrom you from friendly to foul. Another simple change that you can to most costumes for Halloween is to simply rub your hands in dirt. Clowns are creepy enough on their own, but add dirt under the nails and some carefully placed rust-colored stains, and you will transform creepy into positively evil.

Other accessories to upgrade clown costumes to frighteningly perfect mens Halloween costumes include chains and whips. After all, every good clown needs accessories to help him work his magic. Add some chains for catching your pretty little prey. A whip can be hung casually around the neck for a simple, yet highly effective, shift from friendly clown to killer clown. Or, take even more inspiration from Pennywise and simply carry a little toy boat. See if you can borrow a little kid to put his hands in red paint and then grip the boat. The effect of a blood stained handprint can be extremely powerful.

Killer Clowns from Outer Space may have been a laughable movie with a weak plot, but they did a fine job of creating clowns that could make anyone avoid the circus. The fangs were a big part of the fear factor, but so was the wrinkly skin. Before caking on the white make-up, give yourself some fake wrinkles. Don’t forget about the flower that sprays “poison” then you have one of the best mens Halloween costumes out there

Clowns have a creep factor all of their own. You can take advantage of this by adding some simple accessories to your clown costumes this Halloween. You and your friends can be prepared for the fancy dress Halloween party with these clever clown Halloween Outfits.
